Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.

Appointment Changes

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can:

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next patient. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
