Stephanie Aubin

Vestibular & Concussion Physiotherapist

With advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, I've helped hundreds of patients resolve post-concussion symptoms, recover from vestibular injuries, and return to full activity — often sooner than expected.

I take an unhurried, evidence-based approach. Whether it's persistent dizziness, headaches, or cognitive fog, I find the root cause and build a treatment plan that gets results.

Juhi Israni

Vestibular & Concussion Physiotherapist

I pursued advanced training in concussion assessment and vestibular rehab because these conditions are so treatable — yet so many patients go months without answers. Seeing someone return to their life symptom-free is exactly why I do this work.

From post-concussion dizziness to balance disorders and motion sensitivity, I bring a thorough, patient-centred approach to every assessment.

No. You can book directly without a doctor's referral. Physiotherapists in Ontario are primary healthcare providers — you can see us for concussion assessment and treatment at any time.

Yes, our services are covered under physiotherapy benefits with most extended health insurance plans. We also offer direct billing to many insurers. Concussion physiotherapy is not covered by OHIP.

Your initial assessment includes a detailed history, neurological screening, vestibular and balance testing, cervical spine evaluation, and cognitive screening. This helps us identify the specific systems affected and create a targeted treatment plan.

Current evidence supports early intervention. You can begin physiotherapy within the first few days after a concussion. Early assessment helps guide safe activity levels and speeds recovery.

Most concussions resolve within 2–4 weeks with proper management. However, some patients experience persistent symptoms lasting months. Physiotherapy can significantly shorten recovery time for both typical and prolonged cases.

We provide hands-on assessment and treatment of concussion symptoms within physiotherapy scope — including vestibular rehab, balance training, and graded return-to-activity programs. A neurologist provides medical diagnosis and may be recommended for complex cases. We'll guide you if a referral is appropriate.
